Some of my photos are missing
What should I do?
We’re sorry if it looks like some photos are missing from your folder. In most cases, the issue isn’t with the upload but with how Google Drive or your device loads the files. Please try the steps below.
  • Open the link on a computer
    Viewing on a phone may hide some files or affect how they load. A computer usually shows everything correctly.
  • Switch to List View
    Click the list-view icon in Google Drive (top right corner). This makes file names and details easier to see.
  • Download all files
    Click the three dots ⋮ or right-click the folder, and then Download. After unzipping, check if the missing photos are actually included.
  • Try Incognito / Private Mode
    If you're signed in to multiple Google accounts, some files may not appear. Opening the link in a private window usually fixes this.
  • Check from another device
    Sometimes browser or device settings prevent files from loading properly.
