Missing Photos: Troubleshooting Guide

We’re sorry if it looks like some photos are missing from your folder. In most cases, the issue isn’t with the upload itself but with how Google Drive or the device/browser loads the files. Please try the steps below to ensure everything displays correctly:

• Open the Link on a Computer

Viewing from a phone may hide some files or affect how they load. Use a computer for the best experience.

• Switch to List View

In Google Drive, click the list icon (top right) to view file names and details more clearly.

• Download Everything

Click the three dots ⋮ or right-click the folder > Download to get all files at once.
After unzipping the folder, check if any “missing” photos are actually included.

• Try Incognito Mode

If you're logged into multiple Google accounts, some files may not appear. Try opening the link in a private/incognito browser window.

• Check From Another Device

Sometimes, browser or device settings can prevent files from loading properly.
